How it works:
We bring everything needed for a seamless, on-site engraving experience. Our engraver will arrive early to set up the engraving station as per your requirements and aesthetic.
During the event, guests approach the table, share the name or phrase they’d like engraved, and watch as it’s personalized live, in minutes. Your guests leave with a custom keepsake—and your brand leaves a lasting impression. Each piece is hand-engraved with precision and artistry, offering a bespoke experience that transcends ordinary machine personalizations.
Pricing:
$250/hour
A minimum booking of 4 hours is required for each event.
How to Book:
Use the contact form below to tell us about your event. Please include the date, venue location, and what your event goals are.
Once we confirm availability, the contract is signed and a 50% deposit is due to hold the booking.
FAQs
What items can be engraved? Glass and metal items are the most common materials that we engrave, however leather and some plastics can be engraved as well. Ask us about options for felt and wood!
How many items can be engraved per hour? This will depend on the item, what is being engraved, and the event logistics. A general estimate for one name engraved on an item is approximately 20-30 items per hour.
What do I need to provide for the engraver? A table and chair for the engraver is all that is required on the day of the event, although it is recommended to have another table to display your promotional items, and an area where guests can pick up their engraved items.
Do you bring your own tools? Yes, the engraver will bring a handheld cordless engraving machine to the event.
Will there be lots of noise? The engravers we use are not disruptive, although certain materials (ie. metal) are louder to engrave than others.
How long does set-up take? 20-30 minutes
Do you provide the items? Most clients hire us to engrave their own products (wine bottles, perfumes, tumblers, etc.) however we can source promotional items for your event if requested. Additional charges will apply.
What is your dress code? We will arrive to your event looking polished and professional, in black attire.
