Business: LuxeLetter
Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
1. Introduction
Welcome to LuxeLetter. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any products or experiences offered by LuxeLetter.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
In these Terms, “LuxeLetter,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LuxeLetter. “You” and “your” refer to any customer, website visitor, or individual using our services.
2. Our Services
LuxeLetter provides personalized engraving, calligraphy, custom products, and related creative services. Services may include personalized gifts, wedding details, corporate gifting, brand activations, and live engraving experiences.
Available services, pricing, timelines, and requirements may vary depending on the project. Specific details will be communicated during the inquiry, quotation, or booking process.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services, subject to applicable law and any existing agreements with customers.
3. Orders and Customization
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details submitted to LuxeLetter are accurate, including names, spelling, dates, wording, logos, designs, and other specifications.
Where applicable, customers should carefully review and approve proofs, mockups, or design confirmations before production begins.
LuxeLetter is not responsible for errors in customer-approved designs or incorrect information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
Because personalized products are created according to individual specifications, they may differ slightly from digital previews or reference images. Minor variations in lettering, placement, materials, and finish may occur as part of the handcrafted process.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed product or service as described in the confirmed order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices, deposits, payment schedules, and any applicable taxes or additional charges will be communicated before an order or booking is confirmed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers must pay the amounts specified in their quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.
Certain projects may require a deposit or advance payment to secure materials, production time, or event dates. Any deposit terms, including whether a deposit is refundable, will be communicated before payment.
Additional charges may apply to approved changes, rush orders, additional materials, extended event hours, travel, shipping, or other requirements outside the original scope of work.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any contractual obligations.
5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Custom products and creative services may require advance preparation, purchasing materials, and reserving production time.
Customers should contact LuxeLetter as soon as possible if they wish to change or cancel an order or booking.
Whether a change, cancellation, or refund is available will depend on the order status, work already completed, materials purchased, the agreed booking terms, and applicable law.
Personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind.
If LuxeLetter is unable to fulfill a confirmed order or booking, we will communicate with the customer and address any applicable refund or other obligations in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
6. Customer-Supplied Items
If a customer supplies an item for engraving or customization, the customer confirms that they own the item or have permission to authorize the requested work.
Customers should disclose any known fragility, defects, special coatings, previous damage, or other characteristics that may affect the work.
Engraving and other customization processes may involve some risk, depending on the item's material, condition, shape, and suitability for the requested technique. We will use reasonable care when handling customer-supplied items.
Customers should discuss any concerns about an item's suitability before work begins. Any agreed handling procedures, exclusions, or limitations will be communicated before the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Events and Brand Activations
For live engraving, calligraphy, weddings, corporate events, and other on-site services, the booking confirmation or written agreement will specify the applicable scope, date, location, duration, pricing, and other relevant arrangements.
Customers and event organizers are responsible for providing accurate event information, suitable access, and any facilities or permissions agreed upon in advance.
Changes to the event date, location, guest count, schedule, or scope may affect availability and pricing. Additional fees will be communicated where applicable.
If an event must be postponed or cancelled, the parties will follow the cancellation and rescheduling terms agreed upon for that booking, subject to applicable law.
LuxeLetter will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed services. Circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the delivery of an event service, in which case we will communicate with the customer and work toward a reasonable solution.
8. Shipping, Delivery, and Timelines
Estimated production, completion, shipping, and delivery dates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on order complexity, material availability, customer approvals, and shipping providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and reviewing any delivery details supplied with their order.
Shipping fees, delivery methods, and applicable timelines will be communicated during the ordering process where relevant.
If a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update. Any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the content on the LuxeLetter website, including text, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, original artwork, and designs created by LuxeLetter, is owned by LuxeLetter or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Customers retain responsibility for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide any logos, artwork, photographs, text, or other materials they ask us to reproduce.
By submitting these materials, customers authorize LuxeLetter to use them as reasonably necessary to fulfill the requested order or service. This does not transfer ownership of the customer's intellectual property to LuxeLetter.
Any additional use of customer materials, including promotional use, will require an appropriate basis or permission.
10. Website Use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading activities.
Attempt to interfere with the security or proper operation of the website.
Submit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Use our website or content in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies. LuxeLetter does not control external websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy

We strive to provide accurate website information and quality services. However, website content, photographs, examples, and descriptions are provided for general informational purposes and may not represent every variation of a custom product or project.
Except as expressly agreed or required by law, we do not guarantee that every service will be suitable for every intended use or that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Any other limitation of liability must be interpreted consistently with applicable law and the rights of consumers.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of our website or your infringement of another person's rights, including intellectual property rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify LuxeLetter for losses caused by our own conduct where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent it is caused by circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, significant transportation disruptions, or other comparable events.
The affected party will make reasonable efforts to communicate the impact and resume performance when practicable. This section does not remove any refund or other obligations imposed by applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without displacing any mandatory legal protections that apply to a customer.
Any dispute will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and any valid agreement between the parties. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's right to pursue a remedy in a forum or through a process where that right is protected by law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual obligations.
